Imagination Mom

by Imagination Mom

Lately I noticed my children weren't getting outside and playing like they used to. They rather choose to watch T.V. or get on the computer. And I, as the mom, thought I should change that. So I started to brainstorm, and this is what I came up with.

1)Post It Note Fun

Place post it notes in the house, randomly. And every time they walk by them, they should take some of their time to do the activity. (For example: Do ten jumping jacks. Or: walk up the stairs five times each way.)

2)Backyard Scramble

Have your child/children stand in your backyard, (or any where in your house), and "shout" out different exercises every two minutes or so.

3)Sport Time

If your child/children enjoy a certain sport, take some time out of your busy day to play with them. This is fun and you can spend some more time with them.

Hope this helped.
