I have used artificial sweeteners for a long time...mostly "Sweet & Low" at home and other brands when my choice was not available (like at restaurants etc.) Plus, I drink diet, no calorie & no carb sodas. I followed up on some info through the internet and my doctor and decided to eliminate the artificial sweeteners from my diet (my coffee and my morning cereal).
My blood pressure almost immediately (on regular testing) returned to normal. I, also, lost the pains and strains in my neck. My hip discomfort started to diminish. My urinary schedule, at nighttime, diminished notably. My bowel movements got milder.
